We’re proud to unveil the OW Haptech Store—the world’s first phygital carpet retail store—located in Mivida, New Cairo. Merging tactile sensory craftsmanship with advanced immersive technology, the 250m² store allows customers to see, feel, and even co-customize carpets in real time using AI and interactive tools. From full-scale design previews on the floor to personalized rug creation in the OW Studio, this space redefines how we connect with our homes. With a presence in more than 118 countries, the store also features a limited collection of internationally sourced pieces, ready for cash and carry.
