Merging tactile sensory craftsmanship with advanced immersive technology, the 250m² store allows customers to see, feel, and even co-customize carpets in real time using AI and interactive tools. From full-scale design previews on the floor to personalized rug creation in the OW Studio, this space redefines how we connect with our homes.
