More than 20 innovative startups from the Weavers of Tomorrow program, a collaborative initiative between Oriental Weavers and Gemini Africa, had the incredible opportunity to tour Oriental Weavers’ headquarters.
The day was packed with insightful experiences, starting with a detailed tour of the factory and museum, followed by an invaluable mentoring session.
The energy and enthusiasm of the startups, who joined from all over Egypt, were palpable, sparking dynamic conversations and a vibrant exchange of ideas with industry leader and Chair of OW, Ms. Yasmine Khamis, alongside heads of departments and experts in the weaving and textile technology fields. This collaboration and spirit of innovation are what drive excellence forward!
