Hazem Al Zifzaf brings over 36 years of diversified leadership experience in business transformation, restructuring, strategic planning, and market expansion across MENA and LATAM regions. As Group CEO & Managing Director of Oriental Weavers, he is leading the company’s transformation journey, driving operational excellence and strategic synergies.

Before joining Oriental Weavers, Hazem served as Group Chief Executive Officer of Tamweel Investments Holding, where he successfully executed a turnaround strategy that doubled profitability and increased return on equity by 14 points. He also served as Vice Chairman and CEO of Arabia Investments Holding (AIH), where he led a full-scale restructuring that restored profitability and reputation, achieving record performance and market valuation.

Earlier in his career, Hazem held senior leadership positions at Lafarge Holcim, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, and Xerox, and launched two startups in FMCG and services. Hazem was appointed to the Board of Egypt’s Supreme Council of Antiquities in 2017 to support the commercialization and monetization of Egypt’s most prized historical assets. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the American University in Cairo and an MBA with distinction from the University of Miami, USA.

Emad Abdel Ghani brings over 27 years of diversified leadership experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise systems integration across multinational organizations in the oil & gas, FMCG, manufacturing, and construction sectors. As Group Chief Information Officer of Oriental Weavers, he leads the company’s digital innovation agenda, overseeing technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management strategies that drive operational excellence and support the Group’s global expansion.

Before joining Oriental Weavers, Emad held senior technology leadership positions with RasGas/QatarGas, Royal Dutch Shell, HSA Group, and Lafarge Holcim, where he directed large-scale IT transformation projects, SAP implementations, and advanced data analytics programs. He also established project management offices (PMOs), enterprise architecture frameworks, and business intelligence platforms across the MENA region, delivering significant performance and efficiency gains. Emad holds an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering and a B.Sc. in Computer and Electronics Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, and executive certifications from Thunderbird School of Management and the American University in Cairo.

Tarek Rawash brings over 25 years of diversified experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, planning, logistics, and customer service across the FMCG and industrial sectors. As Group Chief Supply Chain Officer of Oriental Weavers, he leads the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations, driving efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence across global markets.

Before joining Oriental Weavers, Tarek held senior regional leadership roles at Henkel, Unilever, and Procter & Gamble in Egypt and the UAE, where he successfully led large-scale supply chain transformations, S&OP deployments, and digital optimization initiatives. At Henkel, he spearheaded supply operations across the Middle East and Africa, achieving top global benchmarks in customer service and cost efficiency.

Earlier in his career, he held manufacturing and operations leadership roles, establishing world-class standards in logistics and plant performance. Tarek holds a B.Sc. in Engineering, majoring in Electronics and Automatic Control, and has completed multiple international leadership programs throughout his career.
