AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deploy the Oriental Weavers Manufacturing System based on lean manufacturing concepts and principals.
  • Introduces, explains rationale and ensures support for new ways of working associated with OWMS.
  • supports plant management to change the culture and mindset of people toward day-to-day continuous improvement by leading others to and through implementation of OWMS activities.
  • Design and develop material handling systems to improve the movement efficiency & Quality.
  • Communicates and engages at all levels within organization to achieve operational excellence using.
  • Crystalline the best practices of the factory and make them public for replication.
  • Reports to Lean Management System Manager as a part of Operational Excellence organization.

Qualifications & Abilities

Practical Experience 

  • 1-3 years practical experience in lean manufacturing systems implementation and 3 to 5 years overall experience.
  • Conduct awareness and training session to technicians and supervisors and leaders by himself is a must.
  • Support Building a new lean management system and create documented procedures himself is a must.

Qualification & Certification:

  • Certified lean manufacturing Green belt is a must, Certified Six Sigma Green belt or equivalent is an optional.
  • Problem solving techniques.
  • Cooperative and good communicator with all parties and different level of the organization, especially in shop floor level.
  • Influencing skills: properly sell the ideas to convince customers
  • Awareness of Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Result oriented with structured approach.
  • Good data analyzer.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Good trainers / Presentation skills.
  • Adaptability in new challenges.
  • Good Command of English.

Education:

  • B.Sc. of Engineering or equivalent from reputable university.

Other Requirement: 

  • Knowledge of MS programs.
  • Knowledge of MS Project.
  • Knowledge of Minitab or equivalent programs.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Establish and deploy a complete quality management system related to a certified standard is established and documented and well implemented and routinely audited such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA8000, …etc.
  • Lead the supplier development program of all supplier related to product raw materials.
  • Lead and deploy of customer certification requirement to all relevant parties of oriental weavers and provide the needed awareness to all of them before implementation.
  • Lead all received customer complaints from local and foreign markets in a way to ensure the prevention of their recurrence.

Qualifications & Abilities

Practical Experience

  • 6 – 10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.

Qualification & Certification:

  • Lead Auditor according to ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001.
  • Problem solving techniques.
  • Cooperative and good communicator with all parties and different level of the organization.
  • Leadership skills to manage and coach his team and supportive function.
  • Awareness of quality control and continuous improvement activities.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Good command of English.

Education:

  • B.Sc. of Engineering or equivalent from reputable university.

Other Requirement:

  • Knowledge of MS programs.

Knowledge of MS Project.
